Ordered 25 Black Australorps and 5 Speckled Sussex. All arrived in perfect health with 2 bonus chicks included! Heat pad in the shipping container was still nice and warm. They are 4 weeks old now and growing rapidly.

Order took 3 days in transit due to USPS post office sorting delays. 3 out of 15 chicks were weak on arrival and did not survive the night. Reached out to support within 24 hours and they issued a partial refund promptly, but still disappointing.

We ordered meat chickens and turkeys. They did give us one extra of each which was lovely. That said two of the turkeys died the first day and two the next day we called and they said sorry we will only reimburse you if they die in transit…

Severe weather delayed the shipment and the shipping box was crushed on one side upon arrival at our post office. Half the keets were lost. Support processed a full refund, but it was a sad situation.
