This styrofoam incubator includes an LCD display for humidity and temperature readings, so customers can monitor the incubation environment more easily.

Preset for Bird Eggs
The Genesis HovaBator is preset for bird eggs, which helps make incubation easier for customers who are collecting eggs from their chickens and want to try hatching at home.
The digital microprocessor regulates itself, so there is no manual thermostat setup required under normal use. Customers should still monitor temperature, humidity, and egg development throughout incubation.
Fan-Circulated Air
This incubator uses fan-circulated air to help move warm air throughout the incubator. Air circulation helps support a more even incubation environment compared with still-air designs.
Even with fan-circulated air, customers should place the incubator in a stable indoor location away from drafts, direct sunlight, heating vents, cooling vents, and sudden temperature changes.
Egg Capacity
Approximate chicken egg capacity:
50–70 chicken eggs without a turner
42 chicken eggs with a turner
The #1611 automatic turner is not included with this incubator.
Egg capacity may vary slightly depending on egg size and arrangement. Customers should avoid overcrowding and follow the included instructions for best results.
LCD Temperature and Humidity Display
The included LCD display provides humidity and temperature readings. This helps customers check the incubation environment without guessing.
For best hatching results, customers should monitor readings regularly and follow the guide and instruction resources for water, humidity, temperature, and egg care.
Simple Plug-In Use
The (1588) Genesis HovaBator Incubator is designed for easy use:
Plug in the incubator
Add water for humidity
Place eggs inside
Monitor temperature and humidity readings
Follow the included instructions and egg hatching chart
Customers should always test the incubator before adding eggs. Running the incubator ahead of time helps confirm that temperature and humidity readings are stable.
Great for Collecting and Hatching Your Own Eggs
If you collect fertile eggs from your chickens, this incubator gives you a way to try hatching chicks at home. It is a useful choice for poultry keepers who want to learn more about incubation, chick development, and raising poultry from the egg stage.
Successful hatching depends on several factors, including fertile eggs, egg storage, egg age, turning, temperature, humidity, ventilation, and careful handling.
